Disclaimer: Although fleas don't need seatbelts when you put the brake on too fast, and probably cannot themselves break the windshield, they are catapulted by macro-world car accidents according to an emergency room nurse in March 2009 who told me that collisions with a deer that break the windshield routinely toss fleas from the deer all over the passengers in the vehicle.
