This is a scan from Pittsburgh's Landmark Architecture (ISBN0-916670-18-X) of a photograph from the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh's Pittsburgh Photographic Library. The author of the photo is unknown, but since the bridge was demolished in 1892, it must have been taken before then (and so presumed public domain).
