English: Site of former Peebles Caledonian station The Caledonian Railway's Peebles to Symington line began at the station sited on the south bank of the Tweed. The line closed in 1954 and the site is now occupied by housing and fire and ambulance services. The route of the dismantled line now forms part of the Tweed Walk past Neidpath to Lyne.
