Summary

Diagram of a siphon that shows that the liquid in the down tube is not pulling up the liquid in the up tube because the liquid in the down tube can not know to pull down the liquid in the left branch while simultaneously pushing up the liquid in the straight up branch. This has been tested and verified to work.
