The Firehawk is a specific fire-fighting variant of the UH-60L, fitted with a tanking system by Aero Union of Chico, CA.
An impressive machine, they are used for rescue work and many other duties, as well as fire-fighting. This example was temporarily based at Lancaster Fox Field, and we are very grateful to the crew from the County of Los Angeles Fire Dept for taking the time to show us around.
