Summary

Description
English: Signal station, the Garrison, St. Mary's The 16th century windmill stood here on the highest point of the Garrison until it was rebuilt as a gun tower in 1834. It was converted in the 1870s to a signal station and is marked on some maps as Lloyd's Signal Station (disused).
