Description	English: "Thong Chudhadhujdhippatai" (ธงจุฑาธุชธิปไตย), the first colour of the Royal Siamese Army. Given by King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) in 1885 for use in Haw Wars. ไทย: ธงจุฑาธุชธิปไตย ซึ่งพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว พระราชทานแก่กองทัพสยามเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2428 เพื่อใช้ในการปราบฮ่อ ซึ่งก่อการจลาจลในแคว้นหัวพันทั้งห้าทั้งหกและแคว้นสิบสองปันนา (ขณะนั้นดินแดนดังกล่าวยังคงเป็นประเทศราชของสยาม) กองทัพไทยถือว่าธงนี้เป็นธงชัยเฉลิมพลประจำกองทัพธงแรกของไทย ปัจจุบันธงผืนจริงได้เก็บรักษาไว้ที่พิพิธภัณฑ์กองทัพบกเฉลิมพระเกียรติ กรุงเทพฯ ภาพธงในที่นี้ ได้จำลองขึ้นใหม่ตามภาพธงที่มีการจัดแสดงในเว็บไซต์หอมรดกไทย กระทรวงกลาโหม
