English: A view of the Collett Park bandstand in Shepton Mallet, Somerset, UK, during Collett Day. The park is surprisingly large for the small market town, and is a legacy of John Kyte Collett (1836-1933), a local man who became a trader and made good on his promise to provide a public space in the town. Each year a festival takes place in the park named for him. Here the Whitstone Community Band are playing. Picture taken by wurzeller on 14 June 2008.
