Description
English: The Sheldon M. Chumir Centre, behind the Central Memorial Park, Calgary, Alberta. The Central Memorial Park and monument of a soldier were dedicated to the soldiers who fought in the South African War in 1899 to 1902. The monument was built across from the Central Memorial Library, Alberta's first public library that was built in 1910.
