English: This picture was taken by my father Endre Cleven on a flight from Shalalth to Marshall Lake in the Bridge River Country, sometime in the late 1940s, just when the Bridge River Power Project townsite was being expanded (out of view below frame). All of the land in view on the left side of Seton Lake is Indian Reserve, although on the near side of the point in the foreground, which is the main part of Shalalth, there were non-native residences and businesses centred around the train station of the Pacific Great Eastern Railway, which was also on the near side of the point, at the bottom of the Mission Mountain Road which goes up the mountainside to the left to the valley of the Bridge River. The new residential area of Ohin is in the area of the third and/or fourth points, but was not built at this time.
