Polski: Rozprawa przed niemieckim sądem specjalnym w Bydgoszczy (niem: Sondergericht Bromberg). Oskarżony Polak jest widoczny na drugim planie. Przy stole siedzi w kapeluszu asesor sądowy Richard Michalowsky, który pracując w Bydgoszczy w latach 1939-1945 wydał 183 wyroki śmierci.

Polish defendant is visible in the background (second from the left). The person sitting at the table (in hat) is Richard Michalowsky who issued 183 death penalty sentences in Bydgoszcz between September 1939 and January 1945.
