Summary

Description
English: The Seneca Aqueduct, built 1828-1833, carries the C&O Canal over Seneca Creek. It is a unique structure: the only aqueduct on the C&O made of Seneca red sandstone, and the only aqueduct that is also a lock (Lock 24, Riley's Lock).
