English: The Armenians of Constantinople celebrate the Ottoman constitution of 1908 and the establishment of the government led by the Committee of Union and Progress. Signs in the Armenian and Ottoman Turkish languages are displayed. Banners in black in both languages read "Liberty, Equality, Justice".
