Summary

Description
English: The Pathé Building, 2025 3rd Ave, Seattle, Washington, roughly on the border between Downtown and Belltown, is the most prominent remnant of Seattle's first (1920s) "film row". Originally the Pathé Film Exchange, it now houses a print shop.

By the 1930s, Seattle's "film row" had moved a few blocks northwest to 2nd Avenue in Belltown; film exchange centers gradually became obsolete in the second half of the 20th century.

For more about this building, see Summary for 2025 3rd AVE / Parcel ID 1977201105, Seattle Department of Neighborhoods.
