English: 1 Yesler Way, Pioneer Square neighborhood, Seattle, Washington. Built in 1911 by Benjamin Moyses, president of the Independent Brewing Co., and designed by Saunders & Lawton, originally known as the Bedford Hotel. Reworked in 1967 as an office building (the arches on the north façade, facing us date from that time), and again circa 1990 as a restaurant, Al Boccalino. For more about the building, see Summary for 1 Yesler WAY / Parcel ID 7666202594, Seattle Department of Neighborhoods.
