Scott Edward Milne (born March 10, 1959) is an American businessperson from North Pomfret, Vermont who was the Republican candidate in the United States Senate election of 2016 in the U.S. state of Vermont. He was also the Republican nominee in the Vermont gubernatorial election of 2014, an election he lost to the two-term incumbent by less than 1.2% of the vote, the closest gubernatorial election in modern Vermont history.
