Though this image is subject to copyright I, the uploader (WillMak050389), feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album;

3. The image is described in the article (Scars Remain) solely to describe the album and nothing else about the band/artist.
