English: This dwarf sea cucumber was found on 5/29/21 at Fitzgerald Marine Reserve, Moss Beach, CA, USA near the bottom of a tide pool. It is walking across the rock with its tube feet that are protruding from its mantle. Its light red tentacles are contracted mostly inside its mouth so it is not currently feeding. It has light orange papillae on its dorsal side that are holding a flat, square pebble toward its posterior.
