Norsk bokmål: Foto fra Nasjonal Samlings kameratkveld i Kulåsparken i Sarpsborg lørdag 20. juni 1942 ifølge Berit Nøkleby og Magne Skodvin: Norge i krig 4 : Holdningskamp (Aschehoug, 1986) side 151 og 152. NS' program for Borgartinget er gjengitt i blant annet Sarpsborg 1939-1945 : okkupasjonstiden (Sarpsborg kommune, 1990) side 95. Det er også et propagandistisk referat fra «folkemøtet» i Kulås og Borgartinget i Sarpsborg i Aftenpoten mandag 22. juni 1942.

Festiviteten, Sarpsborgs praktbygning, kulturhus og festlokale fra 1900,mellom Kulås og kirkeparken, ble rekvirert som Austvikens (Østfolds) nye NS-hus 1. mai 1942, omdøpt til «Olavs Hall», og innviet som fylkeshus 20. juni samme år.

Det andre Borgartinget avholdt 7.-8. august 1943 i en mer avdempet utgave. NS' propagandamøter var gjerne knyttet til historiske «sagasteder» som Borrehaugene, Hafrsfjord, Stiklestad, Hamar og Borg.

Nasjonal Samling, forkortet NS, var et norsk politisk parti som ble grunnlagt av Vidkun Quisling i 1933 og ble oppløst ved frigjøringa i 1945. Partiet la seg etterhvert nært opp mot nasjonalsosialismens ideologi og ble støtteorganisasjon for den tyske okkupasjonsmakta i Norge under andre verdenskrig Norge.
