De Sarcococca Hookeriana is een groenblijvende, dichte sierheester De Sarcococca Hookeriana kent een compacte, langzame groei waarvan de maximale hoogte ongeveer 80cm zal worden. Het blad is klein, ovaal en loopt in een smalle punt uit. In februari en maart bloeit deze sierheester onopvallend met witte bloemetjes welke een heerlijke, honingzoete geur verspreiden! Opvallender zijn de vele glimmende zwarte besjes die de Sarcococca Hookeriana na de bloei vormt.

The Sarcococca Hookeriana is an evergreen, dense ornamental shrub The Sarcococca Hookeriana has a compact, slow growth with a maximum height of around 80 cm. The leaf is small, oval and ends in a narrow point. In February and March this ornamental shrub flowers unobtrusively with white flowers that give off a delicious, honey-sweet scent! More striking are the many shiny black berries that the Sarcococca Hookeriana forms after flowering.
