Summary

Description
English: This is a page from the "Sparks" school newspaper of Cle Elum High School, published Dec. 7, 1973. I did all the typing on my Smith-Corona, wrote the headlines using a stylus, created the crossword (also with a stylus) and, if I recall correctly, wrote everything on this page. You'll note it's hard to read the type under the "Roving Reporter" headline. Corrections on a mimeograph involved filling in the error with some kind of liquid, letting it dry, and typing over it. Sort of like Wite-Out. The result was never perfect.
