Description Slavage of a U.S. Navy Consolidated PBY-5 Catalina (BuNo 08409) from Partol Squadron VP-45 at Casco Cove, Attu, Alaska (USA), on 27 August 1943. The PBY sank to a depth of 30 m during take-off in high swells on 23 August.
