Summary

Description
English: Saltney Ferry railway station (site), Flintshire
Opened in 1891 by the London & North Western Railway on the line from Chester to Denbigh, this station closed in 1962 and was demolished. View west towards Broughton & Bretton and Denbigh. The platforms were just beyond the bridge on the strip of land next to the railway tracks. Although situated on the Chester to Holyhead line, it was only ever served by trains to Denbigh, the junction also being beyond the bridge.
