She has given private instruction in this city seven years with marked success. Her work includes the elements of reading, dramatic reading and recitation, the art of breathing, cultivation of the speaking-voice, and physical culture in all its branches. Her methods are simple, free from fads, and productive of natural results. Besides her private instruction, Miss Milne has recently been engaged as the teacher of elocution in the New York Metropolitan College of Music.
