Description
English: Safa Masjid is one of the 27 mosques built in Ponda, Goa by Ibrahim Adilshah, a king of the Sultanate of Bijapur, in 1560. Adjacent to the mosque, on the South, is a masonry tank measuring 30 by 30 meters with Mihrab designs.
