Anmerkung: Die Siliziumchips sind in der relativ selten verwendeten Technik "Chip-On-Board" (COB) aufgebracht. Man kann es bei genauem Hinsehen auch erkennen: unter jeder Mold-Abdeckung sind je vier Dies direkt auf die Leiterplatte appliziert und verdrahtet und dann auf der Leiterplatte mit Mold vergossen. Wird heute nicht mehr angewandt bei Speicher und hatte nur ein relativ kurzes 'Leben' als Technologie.
