English: 100623-N-7643B-139 ANDAMAN SEA (June 23, 2010) Royal Malaysian Navy sailors search and flex-cuff suspects during a boarding exercise aboard the U.S. Coast Guard cutter (USCGC) Mellon (WHEC 717) as part of Southeast Asia Cooperation Against Terrorism (SEACAT) 2010.
