English: U.S. Soldiers with the South Carolina National Guard's 59th Aviation Troop Command at McEntire Joint National Guard Base, S.C. uses a UH-60L Blackhawk helicopter to perform its first damage assessment mission to determine the effects of Hurricane Matthew's aftermath over the South Carolina Low Country, Oct. 8, 2016. Approximately 2,000 South Carolina National Guard Soldiers and Airmen were activated since Oct. 4, 2016.
