Summary

Description
English: This part of the building was bought in 1938 by Oakham Urban District Council and converted into its offices and meeting place. After the council's abolition in 1974 the neighbouring Rutland County Museum (which had been established in the adjoining former warehouse / stables in 1967) expanded to also take over this part of the building.
