Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	Serves as visual identification, as a de facto logo (AFAIK they didn't have an actual logo) at the top of the page for help in identifying the entity.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	No free illustration exists... these buildings are mostly demolished already and those that aren't are rapidly falling into decay... The pictured building was demolished in 2009... I don't see a trove of free pics of Anderson-Little buildings likely to turn up...
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It's only used in the one article. It's a small low-res amateur snapshot.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	Just a low-res snapshot of a derelict building... I don't see much commercial opportunity here...
