Summary

Description
English: Sir Rowland Plumbe (1838-1919), president of the Architectural Association 1871-72
Date
Source Building News 6 June 1890 p798, reproduced in Noel Park by Caroline Welch (2006)
Author Unattributed, cannot be established by reasonable enquiry. Building News (1854–1926) has gone through several changes throughout its long history; originally Freehold Land Times and Building News (1854–56), it continued as Building News and Architectural Review (1860–1962), then Building News and Engineering Journal (1863-1962) before its absorption by Architect and Building News, 1926,[1] which was later changed to The Architect (1971–80).[2] The long convoluted history makes it doubtful that records of the photographer can be located.
