This building on the corner of David Street is named after the local industrialist whose foundry workshop it was, and who is buried in St Matthew's churchyard SE2932 : The Murray memorial, Holbeck. It was built c.1857-77, and restored and converted into offices in 1989. Listed grade 2 (list entry 1255978).
