This morning, lavender explosions of wild Roserush were splashed across the pine scrub! If you go too early, they will not be open...the one above is not quite completely open. The extremely long stalks (to 36 cm) require you to wait for a lull in the waves of wind before taking the shot. Jonathan Dickinson State Park, Martin County, Florida. |
