DescriptionRoseburg students plant natives after wildfire (34139962271).jpg |
Thank you Roseburg students! 🌱👏 About 100 Roseburg-area students planted native plants and grasses at the site of the 2015 Stouts Creek Fire, April 20, 2017. The Stouts Creek Fire burned about 26,000 acres east of Canyonville, Oregon. Plantings by the BLM and helpful partners help restore native species to essential streamside areas, also called riparian zones. Photos by Cheyne Rossbach, BLM |
