The Parliament building of Dominica, on Victoria Street in Roseau. It is just beyond the New State House. It was built in 1811. The building was destroyed by arson in 1979, and rebuilt. When I saw it, I thought it was an old mansion. I could not tell whether it was currently in use or not.
