Rosa O'Higgins (* Chillán Viejo, Región del Biobío, Chile 1781 - † Lima, Perú 1850), chilena hija de Isabel Riquelme y Félix Rodríguez Rojas. En los años de la lucha de la independencia chilena adoptó el apellido de su medio hermano Bernardo O'Higgins con quien viviese sus primeros años de su niñez.
