English: Heraldic achievement of John Rolle, 1st Baron Rolle (d.1842), stained glass in first-floor window, top of grand staircase, Bicton House, near Exeter, Devon. The four surrounding shields are obscure, not the usual Rolle quarterings.

(accession of Queen Victoria, motto (Nec Rege Nec Populo Sed Utroque, "Not with the King nor with the People but with both", a politically astute motto) refers to Reg(in)a, "with the Queen") probably before Lord Rolle's death in 1842.
