Summary

Description
English: This is the southern half of the rock jetty located at the north entrance to the Keweenaw Waterway next to Stanton Township Park. The black beach is made up of imported stamp sand from the copper mines in the region. In local parlance this beach is known as The Breakers. To the left is Lake Superior, to the right of the jetty is the Keweenaw Waterway.
