| Description |
English: Agricultural and human rights activist being interviewed by a panel on his role as a "Campesino" leader. For decades he has fought for the rights of some of the most under represented people of Colombia. Currently, he is being held captive by the Colombian Government on accusations of aiding the spread of the far left rebel group ELN. He has pleaded not guilty and is currently not being released. The Colombian judicial courts have long been known for their inaccurate and false imprisonment against social leaders, activists, and journalist.
