English: Despite the title, this is not a road train, but a semi-trailer truck unloading a step-frame flatbed trailer (the 4-axle one) from a standard flatbed trailer (the 3-axle one) using a loading dock, in Timber Creek, Northern Territory, Australia. On top of the step-frame flatbed is a goose-neck dolly (facing backwards) and a small truck, probably a Toyota Dyna or similar. When in use, the dolly is coupled between the tractor unit and the step-frame trailer, to spread the weight of whatever loaded is on the trailer at its front end between the axles of the tractor and the dolly. The tractor unit presumably brought the whole lot here for unloading. Once the step-frame is unloaded, its rear ramps can be lowered, allowing the small truck to drive off, and then the tractor to drive on to couple to the dolly for unloading that too, before finally coupling it to the step frame.
