It is the largest city in the CALABARZON Region. It is also the seventh most populous city in the country with a population of 633,971 in 2007. Antipolo local elections, 2013[3] --- This place is situated in Rizal, Region 4, Philippines, its geographical coordinates are 14° 35' 11" North, 121° 10' 31" East and its original name (with diacritics) is Antipolo. The New Capitol was successfully inaugurated on March 4, 2009, bringing back the Capitol Building inside the provincial territory, from which it was absent for 33 years (when Pasig was incorporated into Metro Manila).Rizal capitol to be transferred to Antipolo June 17, 2008 AusAID grants P 68M for Rizal schools’ construction 1st of July 2013.
