DescriptionRiver Wye and Bredwardine vicarage - geograph.org.uk - 545496.jpg
English: River Wye and Bredwardine vicarage Looking downstream from Bredwardine bridge. Between the trees is Bredwardine vicarage, built in 1805 and sitting on the same terrace above the Wye as the parish church. These terraces may be the site of a vineyard which was recorded as adjacent to the castle in the 13th century. Reverend Francis Kilvert lived in the vicarage from 1877-9 and his diary makes many references to the site.
