English: Brochure for the appearance of Frank Sinatra at the Riobamba Club, New York City.
I was not able to see the back of the brochure, so searches were done for copyright renewal in both artwork and books/pamphlets for the years 1970 and 1971. There were no listings for Buchalter (owner), Weil (manager) or Patterton (artist)in either category. There's no evidence of current copyright on the item.
Date
1943 pages 55-56 Life magazine May 3, 1943. Sinatra performed there at that time. The club was closed because of non payment of Federal taxes in 1944; it was reopened with new ownership & management in September 1944. By 1945 the club was no longer the Riobamba, but the Embassy Club.
Note that it may still be copyrighted in jurisdictions that do not apply the rule of the shorter term for US works (depending on the date of the author's death), such as Canada (70 years p.m.a.), Mainland China (50 years p.m.a., not Hong Kong or Macao), Germany (70 years p.m.a.), Mexico (100 years p.m.a.), Switzerland (70 years p.m.a.), and other countries with individual treaties.
