Summary
[edit]Richardson Gap School built in 1910,in Scio, Oregon was used as a community schoolhouse until 1948. This historical building was then used as a grange/meeting hall, weddings, family reunions, etc. Only to be sold on the courthouse steps, due to pastdue taxes. The current owner has plans to renovate this local landmark in the Willamette Valley and plans on continuing to serve thew community it has been associated with for close to 100 years.
