Description Portraits of Sir Richard Whittington, & his Cat from an original painting at Mercers Hall. 19th Century engraving printed for Alex Hogg and Co, London. Though missing the signature, this otherwise appears to be an exact replica of the etching by Guillaume Philippe Benoist (a 1766 print is shown on web at at National Portrait Gallery)[1]
