Portrait of Richard Oastler, engraved by James Posselwhite after a painting by Benjamin Garside. At Oastler’s side are two volumes entitled White Slavery and Marcus. Commissioned by Feargus O’Connor, this engraving was distributed with copies of the Northern Star, 12 December 1840
