English: Representative Richard Ball (R-MI), Michigan (MI) State Representative District 5, addresses the gathering at a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Shiawasee Readiness Center in Corunna, MI. The Center will replace the current National Guard armory located in Owasso, MI and will be home to approximately 180 soldiers of the 144th Military Police Company (MP CO), Michigan Army National Guard (MIARNG).
