Michelle made this from a recipe at Recipezaar as part of a recipe rating project.
After simmering for just shy of an hour on the stove top, she poured it out into bowls and added some fine cinnamon before chilling. These shots were taken after it had chilled substantially.
Considering that rice pudding is not my preference, this was actually quite good. It was smooth and creamy, and not too sweet. Of course, using the finest and freshest cinnamon you can locate helps a lot too.
