Português: Quadro a óleo de Gervásio Pires Ferreira, provavelmente pintado por Manuel de Araújo Porto Alegre (1806-1879), segundo seu biógrafo Wallace Barbosa Lima e exposto no salão da Academia Imperial de Belas Artes (AIBA) em 1830. Este quadro foi doado em 1886 ao Instituto Arqueológico, Histórico e Geográfico Pernambucano (IAHGP) pelo bisneto do retratado, João Pires Gonçalves da Silva.
