The Lion Head symbol is Copyrighted © 1986 by the Government of Singapore and shall not enter the public domain until 70 years after its publication as per the Copyright Act. Even after the Lion Head symbol enters the public domain in 2057, the symbol remains trademarked by the Government of Singapore. Guidelines on using the symbol may be seen here. |
